Overview
From September 2020 to February 2021 I was a Member Service Associate at Costco Wholesale in Champaign, Illinois. I joined during the pre-opening launch phase, so part of the job was helping a new warehouse get ready to open and then run.
Member service was the core of the job. I worked with members directly and signed them up for Triple Play memberships and credit cards, and I ranked as a top seller of both during the launch. I also worked on inventory accuracy, monitoring inventory and resolving discrepancies.
What I did
